Development of turnkey project for building a Regional Recycling Centre in Livade, Podgorica.
The project consisted in three main actions: The first action was the construction of an urban solid waste recycling plant, with a capacity of 25 tons per hour, operating 14 hours a day, 360 days a year. The second action was the start-up of a used vehicle recycling plant, with a capacity for 20 vehicles/day (8 hours), aimed to reach a capacity of 45 vehicles/day (8 hours) within 36 months from the start-up of the plant. And, thirdly, the construction of an electric power plant consisting in a DTS 10/0.4 KV – 630 KVA transformer station.
Supporting infrastructures were also included: access roads, electrical facilities, water supply network, sewage and rainwater pipes, sewerage, telecommunications, electronic access gate, fencing, etc.
